bonjovi02_.jpg Bonjovi this name is taken commonly among the music lovers as one of the most successful music band of the last 3 decades. Bonjovi is hard rock band from New Jersey and headed by their lead singer, Jon Bonjovi.  It has four members Richie Sambora (guitarist), David Bryan (keyboardist), Tico Torres (drummist) and Alec John Such (bassist) including Jon Bon jovi.   

Bonjovi has produced so 10 albums till now with 9 out of them going platinum and also has a credit for 19 top singles. Albums like Slippery When Wet (1986), New Jersey (1988), Lost Highway (2007) and their debut album in 1984 Bonjovi have been huge hits. Their singles like ‘It’s My Life’, ‘Misunderstood’, ‘Everyday’ and ‘Have a nice day’  have broken music records worldwide by topping the Billboard Top 100 for week together.  

They have been doing world tours and concerts from quite a long time and all the concerts are a sold out. They have set world records with 120 million album sale and have done more than 2500 concerts across 50 countries for their more than 32 million fans. Concerts of Bonjovi are one of the most awaited events of the music industry from quite long and tours like Keep The Faith Tour, Slippery When Wet Tour, Crossroad Tour, These Days Tour, One Wild Night Tour and Bounce Tour have been major hits.  

Their recent tour was Lost Highway Tour 2007 which was based on their 2007 Lost Highway album inspired by Nashville.    

Thought Lost Highway Tour was planned for 2008 but with the instant success with the albums release in 2007, Bonjovi performed around ten promotional concerts in the US, Canada, Japan, Puerto Rico and the UK. But the formal tour was kick started in October with the opening of Prudential Center at New Jersey. The first round of the tour covered Canada and New Jersey. The opening night of the concert is said to be the no.1 Grossing Event in 2007 and 6th Grossing vent of all times in North America.   

Lost Highway Tour is said to be one the most anticipated tour of 2007 and 2008 as few countries were covered in 2007. Now, Bonjovi is back with their Lost Highway Tour in 2008 covering 10 countries like Canada, US, New Zealand, Japan, England, Ireland, Germany, Holland, Austria and Scotland. This time the thrust is on European countries. This year it will be a 38 date tour starting from Omaha on February 18th and in Atlanta on May 1st.  

With the Lost Highway Tour 2008, Bonjovi has urged their fans to record unique things about their hometown like icons, places and music which makes it special. These selected footages will be shown on in the concert when it happens in the particular city.  

This is a great way to pay homage to your hometown and moreover Bonjovi band knows how to strike the right chord with their fans. Music knows no boundaries and this have been proved by Bonjovi with their Lost Highway World tour.
